President & CEO
Shimin Kohara
Born in Suita City, Osaka Prefecture.
During high school, he ranked first academically and, as a member of the rugby team, served as vice-captain of the Japan national high school age-group 7s team and experienced winning a national championship. He later entered the Faculty of Policy Management at Keio University, where he played as a regular member of the university rugby team. Since his student days, he had used hot-and-cold bathing and saunas as part of his physical conditioning routine.
After graduating from university, he worked at Johnson & Johnson Inc., one of the world’s largest healthcare companies, as well as at an M&A consulting firm, before founding MySauna.
Before founding MySauna, he was a devoted sauna enthusiast who visited saunas three to five times a week. Today, he primarily enjoys his own sauna at home.

For those concerned about how well a home sauna heats up, or who want to check the cold bath set, we offer a chance to experience the real temperature and performance for yourself. Feel the temperature and heat on your skin and discover the true capabilities of MySauna.
*Temperature experience is available while fully clothed. No change of clothes is required.

Hinoki Aroma
At MySauna, we use domestically sourced Japanese hinoki cypress in all of our saunas. Experience a space filled with the natural aroma of hinoki and enjoy its antibacterial, deodorizing, and relaxing properties. In addition, hinoki saunas are expected to offer relaxation benefits through phytoncide effects, including helping stabilize the autonomic nervous system. [About Phytoncides]

From Jimbocho Station
Exit from Jimbocho Station Exit A4 and head toward Hakusan-dori Avenue.
Pass “Can Do 100-Yen Shop” and “Matsumoto Kiyoshi,” then turn left at “Tachigui Soba Kamu.” You will find the Dai-2 Ishizaka Building there.
It is next to “Maruetsu Petit Kanda Jimbocho 2-Chome Store”, which can be used as a landmark.
Please take the elevator to the 5th floor.
From JR Suidobashi Station
Exit from Suidobashi Station East Exit and proceed along Hakusan-dori Avenue toward Jimbocho (away from Tokyo Dome).
Pass “Yoshinoya” and “FamilyMart,” then turn right at “Burger King.” You will find the Dai-2 Ishizaka Building there.
It is next to “Maruetsu Petit Kanda Jimbocho 2-Chome Store”, which can be used as a landmark.
